SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regards to the higher range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme click here [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area on a regular basis. The service level made for intervention experiences a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it tough to the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more assets to help the servicing of all customers and improve entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
